Labour law

Poland's Labour Code sets the maximum working week at 40 hours. Employers must register all employment contracts with Social Insurance (ZUS). The minimum wage has increased significantly in recent years and is reviewed annually; it was PLN 4,666/month in mid-2024.

Worker rights
